Freedom Music we have a very simple order process. Simply drop us
a line at our e-mail address sales@customaudioboutique.co.nz
with your requirements or give us a call on +64 9 828 2042.
When dropping us a mail please include the following information;
If ordering tubes please let us know;
If ordering a cable please specify;
If ordering speakers please can you provide information on;
We will respond with an e-mail confirming your order and providing payment instructions. We prefer Inter-bank transfer via the web, cash or cheque. We will ship your products when our funds clear and provide you with a CourierPost Track and Trace reference to allow you to track your order to your door.

- Your e-mail address
- Your preferred shipping address
- Where you heard of Freedom Music
- Any feedback you have on our website, products or services
If ordering tubes please let us know;
- Which amplifier you intend to use the tubes in
- Your reason for buying the tube (e.g tone upgrade, repair broken tube, building your own amp)
- Grading requirements (if any)
If ordering a cable please specify;
- number of cables
- Individual lengths
- Any special requirements such as connector upgrades or colour coding
If ordering speakers please can you provide information on;
- The enclosure you are putting it into
- Any desired tonal result (e.g. tighten up the bass etc.)
